Tom Cruise Allowed To Film in Germany
Friday, June 29th, 2007The German Defense Ministry has refuted previous reports that Tom Cruise won’t be allowed to film in Germany because of his Scientology ties.
Valkyrie, which will be produced by Cruise’s recently rejuvenated United Artists shingle, is based on a true story about the unsuccessful plot crafted in 1944 by members of the German military to assassinate Adolf Hitler. The film’s title comes from the plan’s code name, Operation Valkyrie.
The Ministry of Defense said it had not actually received a request from the Cruise company to film in Germany. They would “look agreeably” on such a request.
This comes in direct conflict with a statement made on Monday by Ministry Spokesman Harald Kammerbauer who was adamant that the production would “not be allowed to film at German military sites if Count Stauffenberg is played by Tom Cruise, who has publicly professed to being a member of the Scientology cult.”
Get your story straight guys. On the other and I’ve seen documentaries about the plot and the film should be interesting.

Perez Hilton Sues X17
Tuesday, June 26th, 2007Celebrity Gossip Blogger Perez Hilton, real Mario Lavandeira, started the day by asking disgruntled X17 photogs to contact him if they’d been unfairly treated b the agency.
Now it’s come to light that the pink haired super diva is countersuing X17:
Filed yesterday, Lavandeira’s Los Angeles Superior Court complaint (a copy of which you’ll find below) alleges that the X17 agency’s owners engage in “illegal and unethical business practices” and that they exploit the company’s photographers, many of whom are “from Brazil or other countries” and are “believed to be illegal aliens.” He also charges that the agency may “employ photographers with criminal backgrounds and/or gang affiliations.”
He also alleges that X17 had launched a copycat blog to unfairly compete with him. I wondered why they suddenly launched a blog. The plot thickens….

Nancy Grace Pregnant And Married
Tuesday, June 26th, 2007Congratulations to Miss Thing.
NANCY Grace is revealing that she was secretly married in April-and that she’s expecting twins in January.
“I’m finally not keeping it a secret anymore,” she told The Post.
Grace says she still hasn’t told CNN that she’s pregnant. She’ll officially make the announcement tonight on her Headline News show, “Nancy Grace.”
Grace married David Linch -an Atlanta investment banker she has known since they attended Mercer College together in the late 1970s.
“We’ve been in touch all these years and a lot of time we were separated by geography and time,” she says. “It was a spur-of-the-moment decision to get married. I told my family only two days before [the wedding].
“We got married in April in Atlanta with just my family and his family there,” she says. “It was a simple ceremony conducted by my longtime pastor from a little Methodist church in Macon.
Nancy isn’t saying whether she used fertility treatments or not but wanted women of a certain age to know there is hope.
