Eva Longoria and Tony Parker have inked a $2 million deal with OK ! Magazine in return for exclusive coverage of their July 9 wedding. Actually it’s over that but what’s a few pennies? Page Six says that Eva probably went with OK! instead of the celeb friendly People because she’s a tad miffed at the People people. They did break the story of the couple’s break up…but they did it nicely and they also covered the reconciliation.

Probably due to some plea deal the Criminal Minds cuttie had his DUI charges dismissed last week and was convicted only on speeding chargers. Shemar’s attorney actually appeared before Judge Michael Sauer the very same judge who sentenced Paris Hilton to her jail house stint. The difference is that Paris had violated probation by driving and had refused to complete her alchohol classes and other requirements.
In the end Shemar Moore wasn’t even charged with a DUI but still recieved 36 months probation and fined around $1400. He was also ordered to do community service.

And the statement says:

I love Perez Hilton. He’s just this side of snarky…okay he’s very snarky but what I really love about him is he can make fun of himself and he loves Angelina and Brad. Who could ask for more?
Apparently lots of people. Perez Hilton’s long time host Crucial Paradigm shut the site down after many months of threats from X17, the uber fabulous photo agency, over using their photos without paying for them.
But X17’s lawyers are already hounding Blogads about it and threatening legal action. “It’s a precedent that’s huge,� they say “When we were talking to Crucial Paradigm they were saying they were not responsible, dragging their feet. We had to threaten them and show them they were liable. His new host is Blogads, and we’re contacting them already.�
Yeah I’m pretty sure that Perez accounts for a significant amount of their income. The current format doesn’t allow for comments and doesn’t have the site archive up. I would guess that Blogads doesn’t want any part of his past shenanigans. My question is um why doesn’t he just pay them for their photos?

According to county officials Paris Hilton will be released Tuesday after spending 3 1/2 weeks in jail. The jail house spokespeople say there is no set time for the release. Yeah right. I’m sure she’ll be under armed guard, either bought or official, all the way to her Hollywood Hills home. This is going to be a mad house.

Tameka Foster became all the rage on the gossip blogs and message boards once she snagged notorious ladies man Usher. Essence.com sat down with the diva to rebut many of the online rumors. Here’s a snippet.
Essence.com: Let’s address some of the rumors. Were you creeping with Usher while you were still married and he was still dating TLC’s Chilli?
T.F.: No, it’s not true. For the record, I was legally separated from my husband, to whom I was married to for five years, not ten as many have reported . He knew Usher and I were dating, and he was dating other people. It was really the photographers who were creeping. Usher and I went to St. Bart’s to celebrate my birthday in December 2005 and partied for five days straight all over the island. We weren’t hiding! We didn’t even know we were being photographed until we got back to the States. The funny thing is, my ex-husband was on vacation with his date in the Bahamas and having a good time. We were all chilling.

Nicole Richie will stand trial on July 11 as a result of her December DUI arrest. You remember she was picked driving down the wrong side of the freeway. This deal might not actually go to trial. Richie’s lawyer says just because there is a trial date doesn’t mean there will be a trial. I’m not sure if he’s thinking plea bargain or stalling tactics. We’ll just have to wait and see. This would also be a perfect time play the pregnancy card if she is indeed with child.
Justin basically just told her he didn’t wasn’t digging her like that? I guess she doesn’t care. Miss Thing is back on the road with Mr. Bringing Sexy Back. Jessica Biel has joined the Swedish leg of the tour AND checked into Justin’s luxury hotel. Maybe they have separate rooms? What?

HOLLYWOOD star KATIE HOLMES is expecting her second child with TOM CRUISE, The Sun can reveal.
The Dawson’s Creek actress, who gave birth to daughter Suri in April last year, told close pals she is thrilled.
But she tried to hide her bump under a loose dress as she and Tom celebrated with their pals THE BECKHAMS in Madrid.
They were guests of honour at the Bernabeu to watch Becks’ last game at Real Madrid — as his team won the La Liga title.
But tactile Tom, 44, gave the game away by paying more attention to Katie, 28, than the action on the pitch.
Despite being in the early stages of pregnancy Katie joined the post-match party where £30,000 of booze was downed.
Becks, Posh, Tom and Katie were at the bash where revellers sank wine called Primat — huge bottles the equivalent of 36 normal bottles. Baby Suri was left in Berlin where Tom has been preparing for a film.

Ah just a few years ago they were fun loving not really bad boys of Hollywood. Now our favorite Oscar winning best friends enjoy family vacations in Hawaii. Ben Affleck and Matt Damon shared Father’s Day with Ben’s wife Jennifer Garner and their 18-year old-year-old-daughter. Matt wife wife Luciana Barroso and their 1-year-old daughter Isabella were also in attendance. They just didn’t make the paparazzi shot.
