US Weekly is reporting that Usher and Tameka canceled their weekend wedding because of a pre-term labor scare not because of any disagreement between the couple. On Friday Foster was admitted to the hospital with cramps. Doctors assessed the situation and advised that they were caused by wedding stress. At that point Usher canceled the nuptials. (As he should have.)

Now that everything is okay with the baby the duo is still planning to get married.

“As of right now we don’t have a date but we will let you know when we do.”

Perez Hilton is reporting that all the stress of the canceled wedding might have sent Tameka Foster into early labor. Rumor has it that Usher and Tameka have been at an Atlanta hospital since yesterday.

If this is true I’m sending good thoughts to Usher and Tameka.

The Big Brother and Bollywood star says she’s not a home wrecker and has released the following statement regarding the rumors that she broke up Raj Kundra’s marriage.

After having been the subject of unwarranted media speculation in the past 48 hours, I feel the need to express my absolute shock at the way there is negative publicity…from someone called Kavita Kundra. I met with Raj in the capacity of the perfume deal and we have had discussions and meetings regarding finalising the perfume S2 which released in stores earlier this month.

My understanding is that Raj and Kavita’s marriage was over a year ago and they have filed for divorce and have been living separately for over a year.

I met Raj Kundra 3 months ago in a business capacity, so where the question of me breaking up her marriage arises this is impossible.�

My culture and upbringing does not permit me to break marriages and I am the least interested in knowing or hearing anymore about her.

If she continues to TARNISH my name out of any insecurity or otherwise, I will consider taking legal action as I see no reason why my name is being dragged into this mess.

Michael Lohan has been already been ordered to stay away from his daughter by his parole board. Even so he continues to try and contact Lindsay.

In an ironic twist, shortly before this morning’s events, Michael said, “Yesterday I felt like I needed to call her… I got her assistant Jenny Monroe who told me she [Lindsay] was in dance learning tango for her next movie.�

Michael never spoke to Lindsay, he told us, “There was no call, the next thing I heard was this morning…what we all know right now.�

Now daughter Ali has contacted VH1 to give her side of the story as Michael makes the talk show rounds pleading his case.

My father is telling all lies to people and saying he was such a great dad and was always there for us, my father was never there for us, My mom was always there souporting us. i think that the whole reason why my sister is upset with her self and not as cofident, is because of my dad not being around, and always staying out late and not coming home for days, he would come back home never himself, he was always was making excuses for his bad behavior . And would always blame my mother. He just wants everybody in the world knowing that he was a great dad. He wasnt that is all a lie. I just want my sister to stick throught this okay, and my mother and brothers and i are there for my sister 100% and have always been. After being picked up during some weird car chase with her former assistant Lindsay Lohan has released this statement saying, I guess, that she wasn’t driving under the influence like the cops are alleging.

“Yes. I am innocent… did not do drugs they’re not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin’s mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy.”

That cocaine found on her person was planted. Uh huh.

Last week Britney Spears called OK! Magazine up and said she wanted to do a photo shoot and a tell interview where she dissed her mamma nem. You know how awful her family was because they put her in rehab so she could keep her kids. Yeah bad group there.

Well TMZ is reporting that the photoshoot for the interview has taken place and and it was a disaster of the first order. No surprise there. I mean we expected it to be awful but I think this has sunk Britney to an all time low. Seems I say that about once a week.

According to multiple sources, Britney’s behavior during the interview was “nothing less than a meltdown.” She was, according to our sources, “completely out of it” during the shoot. The photos are “so bad” we’ve learned, that to publish them could “kill her career.” Apparently, Brit Brit’s eyes rolled back in her head at one point, causing her to look half dead. Her mood, we’re told, was extremely erratic. She took frequent bathroom breaks our source says, and each time she returned her mood would change. She was also completely paranoid during the entire interview, fearing at one point the ceiling was about to cave in on her. Out of control y’all!

We’ve also learned that Brit had some issues with hygiene on the set as well. At one point, Britney ordered up some fried chicken to munch on. We’re told after she chowed down, she wiped her hands on a several thousand dollar Gucci dress that she was wearing for the shoot, staining it with grease. Yuck! One of her dogs also needed some assistance in the housebreaking department. Our on-set spy says that the dog pooped all over the floor, and Brit used (what else?) — a Chanel dress to clean it up! How trashtastic!As for how Brit looked for the photos, another nightmare. We’ve learned that OK! hired two of the best hair and makeup artists in L.A. to transform the once-bald beauty into something more presentable, but she wasn’t havin’ none of that. She refused to let the hired help touch her, opting instead for her “skanky friends” to do her hair and makeup. No wonder she always looks so fantastic!

I have a prediction and I don’t say it with relish. Britney is soon going to be declared mentally incompetent. Her mom and K-fed are going to take the kids and her mom is going to take over her business affairs. I pray it happens soon.

Enough name dropping for you? Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes along with Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are throwing Victoria and David Beckham a uber snazzy party to welcome them to the United States.

The invitations, printed in gold lettering on deep gold card stock, beckon guests to “Please join Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes and Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith in welcoming David and Victoria Beckham to Los Angeles.”

The very private party will be held at the Museum of Contemporary Art in downtown Los Angeles on Sunday.

Calm down. It was in court.

Larry Birkhead won a small victory in court over his former attorney Debra Opri earlier today.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charles C. Lee froze over half a million dollars currently being held in Opri’s account, money which Birkhead claims is his.

Birkhead sued for the money, earned in a televisio ndeal with Bravo, which he claims Opri took illegally. The lawyer had earlier filed her own petition with the court in May, claiming Birkhead owes her over $600,000 for legal fees, which she wants to see handled by arbitration.

Opri was Birkhead’s lawyer for several months as he fought to prove he was the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter Dannielynn. The two parted ways in March of 2007.

Nicole Richie’s fate won’t be decided for another month, because a key witness is having fun in the sun.

The commissioner in Richie’s DUI case has just granted a continuance, pushing her next court date back to August 16. He also ordered Nicole to appear in court on that date.

The defense is challenging Nicole’s drug test. An expert witness was not available to testify because of vacation plans.
