So here is the deal. First, OK! accuses Larry Birkhead of some shenanigans with Howard K. Stern. As a result, they pulled their 1.7 million deal for Danilynne’s first birthday party pictures.

OK! magazine had this to say.

It breaks my heart that OK! has to pull out of a shoot that would have chronicled the next great chapter of Dannielynn’s life. That sort of celebration is what the magazine enjoys most.

But first and foremost, we — and I — care dearly about the well-being of the young one, and my moral obligation lies with her. So, it’s unfortunate, but at the moment, my biggest fear is that Larry and Howard may have tricked us all.

Now, Larry is calling foul. He says that OK! is being vindictive because of a proposed cover deal with Us.

“I asked out of courtesy, and OK! magazine went through the roof,” Birkhead said, adding that the glossy was also irked by the invite to Dannielynn’s party turning up in InTouch. “They can’t stand it if one other magazine has one other little detail.”

One email from OK!, Birkhead claimed, warned he’d be the subject of “horrid” coverage if he went ahead with the Us story. In the end, Birkhead did the Us interview, and according to him, he got the “horrid” treatment.

Larry believes the allegations of Stern collusion came from reporter Rita Cosby who’s written a book on Anna Nicole.

Birkhead is planning on suing Cosby and OK!.

Police logs have confirmed that it was indeed a suicide attempt.

A “call to service” report from the Santa Monica Police Department, obtained by the television show “EXTRA,” shows that the 911 call from Owen Wilson’s home was made because the actor tried to commit suicide.

Again, our thoughts and prayers are with Owen during this difficult time.

Owen Wilson has released this short statement regarding his hospitalization.

I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time.

It’s certainly a reasonable request considering the situation but he should know that the press isn’t going to stop until they get a straight answer as to why exactly he was rushed to the hospital.

Linda Hogan, Nick Hogan’s mother, has released the following statement on behalf of her son regarding last night’s car crash.

My son Nick and a friend were involved in a car accident last night. Nick suffered minor injuries and has been treated and released from the hospital. At this time, his friend, John Graziano remains hospitalized. Nick is currently at the hospital with John and his family. His sole concern is for the well being of his friend. On behalf of my family, we ask that your thoughts and prayers be with John and his loved ones.

Nick Hogan has been released from the hospital after last night’s horrific auto accident. It seems that Nick, who owns a racing team, was actually racing another car when he jumped the median and crash into a palm tree. The sad news is that Nick’s friend is not doing so well.

Radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge is good friends with Hulk and had this to say on his blog.

Bubba’s blog entry reads:

WOW, i just got back from the hospital, hulks son nick and a friend named john were involved in a pretty bad car crash today around 730pm, i cant get into details, but myself and my attorney kevin haslett were the only ones allowed to be in the trama center with hulk. i can tell you this, nick left the hospital with me when we were leaving and is headed home to rest, he is ok, the other boy john, needs our prayers……….he is still in the hospital, thats all i can say at this point,

i came home and gave both julia and tyler kisses on the forehead while they were sleeping…………

terry needs our prayers….he is having a very tough time right now………

Nick Hogan(real name Nick Bollea), Reality TV star and son of famed wrestler Hulk Hogan, was in a horrible auto accident in Clearwater, Florida on yesterday. Hulk Hogan was actually on the scene as Nick and a male passenger were pried from the car using the jaws of life. Both were airlifted to a St. Petersburg hospital. Nick is said be in serious condition while his passenger is in critical condition.

The National Enquirer is reporting that Owen Wilson’s hospitalization was caused by a suicide attempt.

Wilson was transported to St. John’s hospital in Santa Monica , Calif. on Sunday, August 26, by ambulance. Sources tell the ENQUIRER and Star that he sliced his left wrists and took an indeterminate amount of pills.

He was discovered by a family member who summoned help.

Police and an ambulance responded to a 911 call from Owen’s house around noon on Sunday.

His wrist was sutured and bandaged at the hospital.

The ENQUIRER and Star broke the story of Owen’s hospitalization earlier Sunday and revealed that he was being transferred from St. John’s after being stabilized. The publications learned that he was going to be detoxed.

Owen was brought in to St. John’s in very serious condition. Police were on the scene immediately as was a criminal defense attorney, believed to be working for Wilson. Some of Owen’s family was with him.

Wilson was stabilized at St. John’s.

Hopefully we’ll get more clarification in the morning. Get well Owen whatever the case is.

Update: Rumors as circulating that it was drug overdose.

Owen Wilson has been rushed to the hospital for an unknown cause.

Santa Monica Police issued the following statement to TMZ: “On Sunday Aug. 26. 2007 at 12:10 pm officers from the Santa Monica Police Department responded to a medical assistance call from the Santa Monica Fire Department at the 900 block of 23rd Street. The person was transported to a local hospital where they are being treated.”

TMZ has learned the 911 call came in at 11:59 a.m. to the L.A. Fire Department.

Citing medical privacy laws, they would not release any additional information, nor would they comment on why he was transported.

A call to Owen’s rep was not immediately returned.

Lindsay Lohan has issued the following statement to TMZ:

It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs.

Recently, I relapsed and did things for which I am ashamed. I broke the law, and today I took responsibility by pleading guilty to the charges in my case. No matter what I said when I was under the influence on the day I was arrested, I am not blaming anyone else for my conduct other than myself. I thank God I did not injure others. I easily could have.

I very much want to be healthy and gain control of my life and career and have asked for medical help in doing so. I am taking these steps to improve my life. Luckily, I am not alone in my daily struggle and I know that people like me have succeeded. Maybe with time it will become easier. I hope so.

This declaration is the first step of any 12 step program. Good for her.

Michael Lohan and Dina Lohan actually put aside their differences to visit Lindsay at her Salt Lake City rehab. Yesterday the recently divorced duo along with their three other children took a Jet Blue flight to Utah where Lindsay is working hard to get better. Wow. This is big for these two.

They didn’t actually exit the plane together but still…
