After being picked up on suspicion of DUI, earlier this week the Kiefster has been formally charged. The thing is he was still on probation for another DUI he received in 2004. Yeah, not good. All this ads up to some possible jail time for one of the highest paid actors on television.

Nick Velasquez, representative for the city attorney’s office, who also had this to say:

“We also charged him with a second DUI offense within 10 years, which we believe also violates the terms of his probation.”

Even Jack Bauer not be able to save him.

It seems that Kiefer Sutherland actually has four DUIs on record. The first DUI charge was issued in 1988 when he was also cited for carrying a concealed weapon. The second charge came in 1989 and the the third in 1993. Of course the fourth happened early Tuesday morning.

Although Sutherland has at least four DUI charges to his name, CelebTV.com legal expert Royal Oakes says the ‘89 and ‘93 charges might not hurt Sutherland in court.

“The good news for Kiefer is that the old ones might not matter so much,” says Oakes. “Mandatory jail time is for back-to-back charges. Otherwise, the system kicks in to favor alcohol treatment, not jail.”

Huh. So you can have four DUIs and they don’t throw your sorry ass in jail? Has he even been to jail for one of these incidents? He’s been endangering the public for nearly 20 years. Somethings gotta give, rehab, jail something.  Clearly he’s got a serious problem, a 20-year-old problem.

How is one supposed to save the world if one is drunk? Someone should ask Kiefer Sutherland that very question. TMZ is reporting that  the 24 star was charged with suspicion of DUI last night in West Hollywood when he did some hinky U-turn. The cops are saying he blew a .08 on the breathalyzer which is twice the legal limit.  Damnit!!!

Police sources tell TMZ 40-year-old Sutherland was pulled over around 1:35 AM PST on the corner of La Cienega and Beverly. Sutherland was at the FOX Fall Eco-Casino party at Area nightclub earlier that evening.

Our CTU hero (if you don’t know what the means watch the show) was released on $25,000 bail.  Heh. I think it should have been $24,000.  Maybe he’d been playing the 24 drinking game. Okay bad jokes.  Anywho.

According to the authorities, Kiefer was very cooperative and “mellow”.  I wonder why?

I also wonder why rich people can’t hire a car or call a cab.

MY Boycott against BET and Black History Month

Because of my last blog, and all the wonderful feedback I got..it made me think…

This is gonna be hard guys. I LOVE the comedians on BET. I also LOVE the fact that they play my favorite show of all time, In Living Color. However, I do not believe in seperating ANY RACE in America. WE ARE AMERICANS! How dare we have Black History Month! In my eyes, the Native Americans deserve it MUCH more, seeing how we destroyed their ENTIRE SOCIETY. There are hardly any of them left! They also have been proven to have the WORST living conditions on their reservations. I want AN AMERICAN HISTORY MONTH. One where we learn about EVERY race, ALL OF OUR LEADERS, EVERYONE! I think by having a month dedicated to one race, and not one for any other, is RACIST. Every fund set up to only help people of one race is SICK and RACIST.

So here is the latest Keira Knightly quote about the weight thing.

Weight is a big issue in Hollywood because I’m twice the size - height and everything else - of most of the girls who are going in to see the director for a part. When you realise that I am, at my size, one of the largest actresses there, you start to think, ‘I don’t think it’d be healthy for me to stay here much longer.’ “

Um okay. I understand that Hollywood weight perception is skewed and way off. But even in Hollywood, Keira Knightly is not large, or heavy or twice the size of a tooth pick. People magazine has confirmed that Weeds’ star Mary Louise Parker has adopted a female child from Africa. Her rep won’t give any more details however Parker was seen traveling with the child over the weekend to attend the 2007 Emmys.

Parker, 43, also has a 3-year-old son, Will, with actor Billy Crudup, 39. The couple split before Will was born, but Parker told PEOPLE last year she never had any doubts about being a single mom.

“There are a lot of things I just would not attempt, but taking care of someone – I know how to do,” she said. “I know how to do that and I enjoy doing that.”

Congrats Mary Louise.

I don’t know if this means she was never pregnant or if something happened with the pregnancy but here’s the statement from her manager Chaz Williams:

And to the pregnancy rumors, this is the official statement: She is not pregnant.

The problem is that during her trial Foxy’s lawyer insisted that she was pregnant. The official statement seems to imply that this was never true. Isn’t her lawyer going to be in trouble? It appears he lied in court.

Maybe Foxy is trying to get mileage out of the whole thing and she lied to him. She hasn’t release a CD since 2001 but one will hit the shelves during her year long stint at Riker’s Island.

J-Hud is on fire ya’ll.

Hudson, who’s in final negotiations, will portray the assistant to Sarah Jessica Parker’s Carrie Bradshaw. The movie revolves around the lives of the four main “Sex and the City� characters, four years after the time frame of the finale of the HBO series, which wrapped its six-year run in 2004. Word is it will begin shooting in New York on Sept. 19.

September 19? Girlfriend better sign that contract. This is Sex and the City baby.

Reese and Jake aren’t denying the rumors about them being a couple but they aren’t exactly confirming either.

“At this point it’s all just funny,” Reese tells “The Insider.” “It’s crazy and funny how much people can make stuff up. I’m actually interested to hear what they say next.”

Reese says the rumors are not an issue between her and Jake. “We never discussed that,” she says. “I just have to laugh at a lot of stuff.”

Jake also finds the gossip amusing. “There are a lot of very interesting rumors swirling around all the time that you just have to have fun with,” he says. “The interest is flattering but funny too.”

Then there’s the video. At the very least they are hanging out and don’t want us to know. I mean if you are just hanging out with your co-star why hide?

I’m guessing the big announcement about Jake being gay and expecting a child with his partner is not going to happen.

She lied! After much denial, it has been confirmed that Halle Berry is pregnant by boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey. Her upcoming film Tulia was due to start filming in October but has been scratched because she’s three months along.

Didn’t we ask her this like three weeks ago? The outright denial wasn’t necessary.

Rita Cosby is going to get her booty sued so fast.

An explosive new tell-all book about the final days of Anna Nicole Smith claims that the two men at the center of the custody battle for her baby daughter and fortune were gay lovers, according to a report in Sunday’s edition of the New York Daily News.

According to the book, “Blond Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith’s Death� by former MSNBC journalist Rita Cosby, Anna Nicole Smith and a friend allegedly caught her longtime companion Howard K. Stern and the baby’s biological father Larry Birkhead engaged in oral sex, the Daily News reports.

There are also reports circulating that Anna tolerated the relationship because she wanted a blond haired, blue eyed baby. And finally….there is supposedly an actual tape of Stern and Birkhead engaging in oral sex.

The tell-all also claims that Anna Nicole would spread out on her bed and watch a video allegedly showing Birkhead and Stern having oral sex “over and over� while Stern worked on his computer in their Bahamas home.

The existence of the video was confirmed by a source yesterday, the New York Daily News reports.

Wow. Wow. Yeah. Wow. I wonder if this book is going to see the light of day. Larry is very good at the court thing.
