Shemar Moore Pleads No Contest to Charges

auto-shemar2.jpgProbably due to some plea deal the Criminal Minds cuttie had his DUI charges dismissed last week and was convicted only on speeding chargers. Shemar’s attorney actually appeared before Judge Michael Sauer the very same judge who sentenced Paris Hilton to her jail house stint. The difference is that Paris had violated probation by driving and had refused to complete her alchohol classes and other requirements.

In the end Shemar Moore wasn’t even charged with a DUI but still recieved 36 months probation and fined around $1400. He was also ordered to do community service.
